Villa Olivia is an imposing presence nestled up in the hills overlooking Coral Bay, watch the sun rise and set over the Med from Potima Bay in the east to Coral Bay and beyond in the west.

Cut down to Potima Bay past citrus groves and banana plantations and chill out at the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR crew. Coral Bay is right on hand with some of the best beaches and restaurants in the region. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

Villa Oliva is in the most wonderful setting and is a serene and secluded hideaway. Through its gated entrance into the grounds, you walk through double front doors into the entranceway and down a couple of steps into the wide open and spacious lounge, tastefully furnished with designer sofas and chairs, the high ceilings and many windows make the space light and expansive. There is a dining area and 2 entrances to the fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and an extra scullery as a convenient overflow. There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a family bathroom. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom & balcony, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Villa Lara is an ultra-luxury villa directly on the seafront with a small bay/beach right on your doorstep. With nothing but the Mediterranean sea and azure blue skies in front of you, the location doesn’t get any better. Vardas beach is home to a charming little bay with a slow gentle shelf into the crystal blue waters and rocky outcrops. Located on a pristine residential street, it is just a few minutes walk to the local village of Kissonerga, a traditional and charming Cypriot village with shops, restaurants and bars.
