This amazing 3 bedroom villa is located in the very desirable area of Secret Valley in a central position between Paphos and Limassol. The delightful village of Kouklia is just a few minutes drive where you will find numerous tavernas and bars, many of which have special Cyprus Nights with traditional Greek dancing.

The villa is set over 2 floors with an open plan design on the ground floor with living and dining area, flat screen TV with English speaking channels and bar. The newly renovated kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with brand new appliances. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.  On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the pool area and Mediterranean Sea. There is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom.

Back downstairs, 2 sets of patio doors lead you out to the lovely mature garden and pool patio area. A covered terrace is furnished with a soft seating area and dining table and chairs for al fresco meals. The private pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, covered bbq area with seating, a quaint little arbor with more seating and another al fresco dining area under a stunning shady tree. This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in. The dining area seats 6 and the fully fitted kitchen, reached by a couple of shallow steps, is furnished with all the mod-cons you will need to enjoy a first class self-catering holiday. The rooms are set up as a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a raised terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom and a twin room, but all bedrooms can be either twin or double. There is also a separate family shower room.

Moving through to the outside area, there is an abundance of soft seating areas, the first by the front door on a slightly raise terrace. The second is a large corner sofa along with outside dining table under a covered pergola, a third comfy soft seating area is under a shady tree alongside a pergola housing an outside shower, sink and traditional Cypriot bbq. The large private pool which can be heated during the cooler months, is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, all facing the coastline for you to enjoy the wonderful sea views. There is also a hot tub that is filled and prepared ready for your arrival and roof top terrace with dining table and chairs accessed via an outside staircase which affords you an even lovelier coastline view.
