The villa boasts three bedrooms. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, featuring a sliding glass door opening next to the inviting swimming pool. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom is adorned with a King-sized bed and an En-Suite bathroom featuring a luxurious shower over jacuzzi bath, along with a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The third bedroom is comfortably furnished with two beds, is conveniently situated adjacent to the guest bathroom, equipped with a shower/bathtub.

For added convenience, a washing machine is provided in the kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, along with complimentary capsules. Additionally, safety measures include a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and smoke detectors, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive. 

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access (heating optional extra). This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy. There is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.

In front of the perimeters of the grounds are orange and lemon trees which you can pick for your own delights.

Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The superbly impressive Villa Angel is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the luxuriously designed lounge with flat screen TV and sumptuous furnishings and large dining area both of which have patio doors leading to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs.  Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built bbq space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a grand king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en-suite which hosts a Jacuzzi bath with shower. The second bedroom is also a king-sized room with wardrobes, TV and shower room. The third bedroom is a king-sized room with wardrobes and shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is a twin room with wardrobes and shower. All these bedrooms have access to the wrap-around balcony. There is a separate cloakroom near the dining area.

The lower section of Villa Kyparissia is built like a home within a home. It even has its own double door access; with a terrace hosting a modern sofa set in a shaded area, affording views across the local vineyards. The terrace leads to a modern lounge area with sofas and TV. It’s open plan with another fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a table and chairs. Moving through the corridor to the bedrooms, there is a king-sized bedroom and another bedroom with generously sized twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhanging shower.

There’s a pool table set at a point between the two sections of the villa. Towards the rear of Villa Kyparissia there is complete seclusion and privacy. At its heart there’s a large private pool which has amazing views on all sides. This is surrounded by sun loungers with parasols, drinks tables, a swing seat, a hanging basket chair, and a poolside shower. A grand white stone table and chairs looks across the pool to the stunning views below. The area is ideal for dining as a group, day or night, in a spectacular setting. Across the pool from the loungers and the dining area a large gazebo provides shade, views, candle holders, and a modern rattan sofa set. The exterior is well lit at night with sculpted stone light fittings surrounding all areas.
