 Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen.
