Villa Aphriana, a luxurious 5 bedroomed haven within the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort in Cyprus, is introduced as the setting for an exceptional holiday. Situated in the exclusive Alexander Heights area and surrounded by one of the island’s most celebrated golf resorts, the villa is presented with an air of elegance and exclusivity. An unparalleled experience is promised, where opulence is seamlessly combined with refined comfort. On entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a living area where a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV are provided, and a dining table for 10 is positioned beside French doors overlooking the sea. A sleek white kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, invites culinary creativity, allowing meals to be prepared with ease. With ample counter space and elegant dark marble finishes, cooking becomes a delightful and effortless experience, where style and functionality are perfectly combined.

On the ground floor, a guest WC is included, along with a double bedroom that offers direct pool access and an en-suite shower. Upstairs, the master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, a private balcony with sea views, and a granite-tiled en-suite bathroom featuring twin basins, a bath, and a shower. On this floor there are a further two additional twin/double bedrooms, are each provided with en-suite showers and have either hillside or sea views.

The lower ground floor houses a utility room and a fifth bedroom, which is completed with its own en-suite shower.

Villa Melanie – perfectly located, perfectly tranquil! An attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and distant sea views, perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. The beautiful sandy blue flag Coral Bay Beach is also within walking distance.   The villa is accessed from the road. It has a long driveway which benefits from off road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Melanie has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room.  There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. One double with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room.

Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. 

​

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Also on this floor is a self-contained double bedroom with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and microwave and an en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a door which leads to beautiful landscaped gardens and table and comfy chairs. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine on this floor.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Villa Sarah is an elegant villa set in an elevated position overlooking beautiful greenery and the sparkling Mediterranean sea beyond. You have the wonderful Sea You Beach bar just a few minutes drive down to the coast, a lively place situated right at the sea edge where you can enjoy a cocktail and watching the sun go. And with a taxi a phone call away, you can do it all at your own pace.

To the west, the bustling Coral Bay strip full of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and a small amusement park with mini-golf is less than a 10 minute drive away along with 2 of the best beaches on the Island, Corallia Beach & Coral Bay Beach. The rugged and beautiful Akamas Peninsula and National Park is less than a 20 minute drive. Over to the east, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour at Kato Paphos are around a 20 minute drive.

Leading round from the living room you will find a fabulous pool table for the whole family’s entertainment and a fully furnished dining area and well equipped and luxurious kitchen with all the mod cons you need to create wonderful gastronomic delights. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. The whole area is surrounded by windows and vast patio doors bringing the natural beauty of the sunlight from outside to in.
