ABOUT VILLA MAJESTIC

• 8 Rooms, the villa accommodates a maximum of 16 adults. There is additional space for up to 4 children under the age of 12 using sofa beds and Z beds.
• Kindly confirm the number and ages of any children in your party at the time of booking to ensure we can prepare the sleeping arrangements accordingly. Please note: adding children above the standard adult capacity (16) will involve sharing bedrooms and/or using beds in the lounge area.

Villa Majestic is a grand 16 sleeper villa situated in the distinguished area of St George with stunning views of the world famous Akamas Peninsula.  This gated villa set in 2000 sq m of glorious gardens with your very own orange, lemon and olive trees, is perfect for several families and large groups.

From secluded privacy, you are still less than a 10 minute drive to the busting strip of Coral Bay where you will find plenty of restaurants, great bars with live entertainment, shops and even a small amusement park with mini-golf course, plus 2 of the best beach on the island Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach. The charming fishing harbour of St George with its lovely sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive and the stunning Cap St George Beach Club Resort is just a 4 minute drive. Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops are just a 30 minute drive.

The spacious lounge has a huge comfortable seating area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and wide glass patio doors framing the beautiful oasis beyond. Double doors take you through to the dining area and fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, breakfast bar and all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, a second kitchen leads off the first for additional workspace and facilities. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and guest cloakroom also on the ground floor.

The first floor is home to a further 4 bedrooms, including the master bedroom which leads you out to a large balcony with comfy seating areas and a view of the garden and pool area, a great place to watch a perfect sunset. There is also a fully equipped laundry room on this floor that has a sofa bed suitable for a child up to 12 years old.  On the lower ground floor there is a further 2 bedrooms.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. Villa Nikki is a beautiful and authentic villa nested at the top of Peyia with the most amazing breath-taking valley and sea views, especially from the stunning infinity pool. Just a 3 minute drive to the charming Peyia village with supermarket, shops, fresh bakery, restaurants and bars. Only an 8 minute drive to the main strip of Coral Bay with numerous bars and restaurants and Coral Bay Beach. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

One of our favourites, Villa Nikki is a high quality villa combined with modern features, furniture and fittings. The main part of the property is set over a single floor and the front door leads you into an open plan lounge area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace and flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, 2 glass patio doors bring in plenty of natural light and Cyprus sunshine. Through an attractive stone archway you will find the dining area, fully fitted kitchen and utility room complete with all the mod-cons you will need.

At this end of the villa you will find the first of the bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the pool area plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breathtaking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

This absolutely stunning villa is set over 2 floors and has been designed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The open concept ground floor starts with a very large, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV showing English speaking channels. There is a dining area with large dining table and chairs, smaller table and chairs and breakfast bar with bar stools to allow everyone to enjoy lunch, breakfast and dinner together. The contemporary kitchen and adjoining utility room houses 2 fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs and an additional array of equipment to enable you to cook and clean up with ease, all whilst enjoying the company of family and friends in the heart of your holiday home. One wall of this open plan area is entirely made of glass which provides a stunning backdrop to the spectacular views that allows the beautiful natural light to flow in and and opens up for access to the pool patio and garden areas. There is also a cosy nook with sofa and desk should you need some quiet time to catch up on some emails or social media.

On this floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms that can also be set up as doubles, one with outside access to the garden area and fabulous views to the sea, they share a beautiful family bathroom with double vanity, twin mirrors and even a bath with a view! Also on the ground floor is the master suite, also known as the Honeymoon Suite, which has its own luxury en suite bathroom with sumptuous spot lit bath tub sat on a white pebbled floor encased in sliding glass, twin vanity and a wall of mirror. The suite also boasts its own sitting room with corner sofa and flat screen tv, there is a folding wall that can be used to separate these two spaces by way of the sofa-bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. There is access to the garden area from these rooms.

Moving up to the first floor, the staircase is bathed in natural light from the glass skylight. On this floor you will find a double and a twin bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the wonderful coastline of Paphos. There are a further 2 twin rooms that can accommodate 2 guest in each room, 2 of which have access to the same balcony and views, bringing the total number of rooms available for guests up to 8. 2 family bathrooms are also on this floor offering lavish style and elegance.  Accessed from the balcony and also through a separate door on the first floor (also externally from the garden area) is a stunning roof terrace with sun loungers, soft seating area shaded by a pergola, dining table & chairs, bar, fridge and sink. The views from this decked terrace are unsurpassable, with the mountains to the left and the wonderful Mediterranean sea glistening in the distance.

The pool patio area has an awesome infinity pool with sunken bar stools for you to chill comfortably with a glass of something cool whilst drinking in those incredible views. There is barbecue area with large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, parasols and a ping pong table for your entertainment. The roof garden can also be accessed from this area.
