This amazing 3 bedroom villa is located in the very desirable area of Secret Valley in a central position between Paphos and Limassol. The delightful village of Kouklia is just a few minutes drive where you will find numerous tavernas and bars, many of which have special Cyprus Nights with traditional Greek dancing.

The villa is set over 2 floors with an open plan design on the ground floor with living and dining area, flat screen TV with English speaking channels and bar. The newly renovated kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with brand new appliances. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.  On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the pool area and Mediterranean Sea. There is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom.

Back downstairs, 2 sets of patio doors lead you out to the lovely mature garden and pool patio area. A covered terrace is furnished with a soft seating area and dining table and chairs for al fresco meals. The private pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, covered BBQ area with seating, a quaint little arbour with more seating and another al fresco dining area under a stunning shady tree. Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance.
