This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The inside has a wonderful Mediterranean rustic décor with every modern convenience you could need including air-conditioning throughout. The open plan ground floor has a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels, feature fireplace, a contemporary kitchen fully kitted out with all the necessary amenities including a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and luxurious circular jacuzzi bath – and an amazing hidden gem – your very own sauna! There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with an impressive 4 poster bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views plus a twin bedroom, private balcony also with amazing views. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. There is also a heavenly hot tub to while away some time under the stars, which will be filled ready for your arrival and a ping pong table for your entertainment. Villa Taronga is a 5 bedroom villa just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Coral Bay Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters just 500m away, with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

There is a beautiful open plan lounge with seating area and huge TV and dining area with modern table and chairs. Here there are patio doors which lead to the main balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, luxurious en suite with shower cubicle and bath with shower. From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and football table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.

The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a double and has its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading you to the pool patio area with stunning mountain views.

Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.
