Villa Sarah is an elegant villa set in an elevated position overlooking beautiful greenery and the sparkling Mediterranean sea beyond. You have the wonderful Sea You Beach bar just a few minutes drive down to the coast, a lively place situated right at the sea edge where you can enjoy a cocktail and watching the sun go. And with a taxi a phone call away, you can do it all at your own pace.

To the west, the bustling Coral Bay strip full of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and a small amusement park with mini-golf is less than a 10 minute drive away along with 2 of the best beaches on the Island, Corallia Beach & Coral Bay Beach. The rugged and beautiful Akamas Peninsula and National Park is less than a 20 minute drive. Over to the east, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour at Kato Paphos are around a 20 minute drive.

From your private driveway, you enter Villa Sarah into an open plan ground floor area with huge living and dining spaces fitted and equipped in CVR signature style. The spacious lounge area with decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) is stylishly furnished and looking above, there is an impressive Dynasty style gallery running around the perimeter of the lounge. Leading round from the living room you will find a fabulous pool table for the whole family’s entertainment and a fully furnished dining area and well equipped and luxurious kitchen with all the mod cons you need to create wonderful gastronomic delights. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. The whole area is surrounded by windows and vast patio doors bringing the natural beauty of the sunlight from outside to in. On the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms which is a double room with super-king size bed and its own private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and patio doors leading you out to the pool area and those wonderful views. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Up the sweeping staircase brings you to 3 further bedrooms, the first double with king-size bed has its own en suite shower room and patio doors leading to an enormous balcony which flows the full length of the villa and offers the most amazing sea views and view of the pool area. The 2nd double with king-size bed also has its own en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the balcony with those awesome sea views. The 3rd double with king-size bed has patio doors also leading to the balcony with the best sea views and a family shower room right next door.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with king-size bed and its own private en suite shower room, kitchenette and patio doors leading to the outside space. There are two additional annexed rooms on this level both with patio doors, one to accommodate 2 guests and one to accommodate 4 guests, these 2 rooms share a family shower room.

Back up to the ground floor, the numerous sliding patio doors take you out to a fantastic pool patio area with an abundance of spaces for you to relax in. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other near by beaches, like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. Villa Chateau Rock is situated in the Prestigious area of Sea Caves just a few minutes drive from Coral Bay. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are a very short drive with the bustling strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops a little further on. You have several watering holes and eateries close by, including the amazing Spilies Tavern which is just a 5 minute walk. The very popular beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, which overlooks the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck is just a 3 minute drive

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Chateau Rock is the most extraordinary property, peacefully set above Coral Bay it is secluded, private and tranquil.  Cut out of the natural rockface it has been designed to feature the exposed rock in many parts of the villa and its rustic décor lends itself to natural charm. You enter the villa up flagstone steps into an anteroom with comfortable sofas, a guest cloakroom and a door leading to the garden area. Down a short staircase, you will find the lounge with several sofas, flat screen tv and patio doors leading to the gardens and pool area. Back up the stairs and up a couple more steps is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can also access the garden from here. Down a large hallway, with a stunning wall of exposed rock, you will reach the first of the bedrooms, a double with snug seating area, en suite bath room and patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is next door which is a twin also with snug seating area, en suite shower room and patio doors leading the terrace with sea views.

Back through the kitchen you step outside to an amazing tiered garden area. There is an outside bar and stone seating area with a dramatic backdrop of natural rock. You can cook up a storm on the brick-built Cypriot BBQ or clay oven and dine al fresco on one of the several dining tables. On this level, there is a small self-contained apartment complete with kitchenette, seating area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will find a second duplicate self-contained apartment next door down a couple of stone steps.

Back outside there is a stunning infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and showcases the incredible sea views. Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. Villa Rio is a spacious villa with lots of outside space. Through the front door and to your left is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and American style fridge/freezer and a dining area to seat 6 guests very comfortably. Down a couple of steps, the lounge area has brand new designer furniture, a feature fireplace, large flat screen TV with UK channels and PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request).

Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Also on this floor is a self-contained double bedroom with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and microwave and an en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a door which leads to beautiful landscaped gardens and table and comfy chairs. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine on this floor.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. There’s also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room enjoying the same views from the shared balcony and an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool patio area.

The amazing pool area is reached through several patio doors from the raised terrace – steps lead you down to the fabulous infinity pool with walk in steps, sun loungers, parasols, covered dining area with BBQ and table & chairs and soft seating area.
