Villa Arabella is a beautifully stylish 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa fantastically located in Coral Bay Peyia Cyprus close to restaurants, bars and beaches.  Coralia Beach is a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters and the equally amazing Coral Bay Beach is where you’ll find lots of thrilling watersports to indulge in and a stretch of golden sands to relax on. There are several eateries and watering holes in walking distance and the vibrant Coral Bay strip with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre is around a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Potima Bay and a CVR favourite the Sea You Beach Bar, the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

From the external steps and pool patio area, Villa Arabella welcomes you into a lavish marble covered wonderland, making it a brilliantly bright, white, light haven of luxury. The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a twin with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the rear garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. The marble staircase takes you to the 2nd double bedroom with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors leading to a covered balcony with pool and distant sea views. The third bedroom on this floor is a twin with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the covered balcony with pool and distant sea views. The fourth and final bedroom is  a double with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony with pool and distant sea views.

Back downstairs, there is a full wall of glass patio doors leading out to your own private patio pool area. The large 10m x 5m infinity pool has walk-in steps for ease of access and is surrounded by quality sun loungers, sun parasols and has an outside kitchen area with a brick-built charcoal BBQ and dining table and chairs to enjoy wonderful al fresco meals under the warming Cypriot sun or on balmy summer evenings.

Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Also on this floor is a self-contained double bedroom with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and microwave and an en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a door which leads to beautiful landscaped gardens and table and comfy chairs. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine on this floor.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. There’s also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room enjoying the same views from the shared balcony and an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool patio area.

The amazing pool area is reached through several patio doors from the raised terrace – steps lead you down to the fabulous infinity pool with walk in steps, sun loungers, parasols, covered dining area with BBQ and table & chairs and soft seating area. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with an impressive 4 poster bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views plus a twin bedroom, private balcony also with amazing views. Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. There is also a heavenly hot tub to while away some time under the stars, which will be filled ready for your arrival and a ping pong table for your entertainment.
