Villa Ivory is a palatial villa in the heart of Coral Bay Peyia Paphos. This beautifully elegant villa has masses of space and is perfect for large groups and families.  The lively Coral Bay strip full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music and shops and the famous blue flag Coral Bay Beach being a very short walk.

To the West lies St. George and the beautifully stunning Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Ivory is set over 3 floors, the impressive grand entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to a cinema room with bar and feature fireplace, there is a fully equipped kitchen on this level with two washing machines, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

The first floor has a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and large dining area, there is a further fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. On this floor you will find a double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with a separate shower room, and a large balcony offering amazing sea views and one with direct access to the pool patio area, and a double bedroom with direct access to the pool patio area with its own en suite bathroom.  There is also 

an annexed room on this level.

The second floor is host to an additional living area with large flat screen TV with English speaking channels.  On this level you will find the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

As you ascend to the first floor, two additional bedrooms await: a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with patio doors to a shared balcony and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and patio doors leading to the shared balcony overlooking the captivating vistas of the sea, mountains and the pool area.  For larger groups, there’s more lodging available via external access where you will find 2 extra twin bedrooms situated on the ground floor of the main residence, one of these twins has an additional two single beds on the mezzanine level, perfect for children. These rooms share a spacious “Jack & Jill” bathroom accessible from either side.

In the separate annex, you’ll discover an open-plan, cosy kitchen and a well-appointed living space.
