This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. On the first floor you will find another double bedroom leading out onto a furnished balcony with sea view and a twin bedroom also leading out onto a sea facing furnished balcony, there is also a shared family bathroom. One floor up there is a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the fabulous view of the sea and Paphos coastline.

This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

​

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in. The dining area seats 6 and the fully fitted kitchen, reached by a couple of shallow steps, is furnished with all the mod-cons you will need to enjoy a first class self-catering holiday. The rooms are set up as a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a raised terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom and a twin room, but all bedrooms can be either twin or double. There is also a separate family shower room.

​

Moving through to the outside area, there is an abundance of soft seating areas, the first by the front door on a slightly raise terrace. The second is a large corner sofa along with outside dining table under a covered pergola, a third comfy soft seating area is under a shady tree alongside a pergola housing an outside shower, sink and traditional Cypriot BBQ. The large private pool which can be heated during the cooler months, is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, all facing the coastline for you to enjoy the wonderful sea views. There is also a hot tub that is filled and prepared ready for your arrival and roof top terrace with dining table and chairs accessed via an outside staircase which affords you an even lovelier coastline view.
