Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The superbly impressive Villa Angel is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the luxuriously designed lounge with flat screen TV and sumptuous furnishings and large dining area both of which have patio doors leading to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar and additional kitchen dining table. On this floor you will find a double bedroom with en suite shower and a separate guest cloakroom. On the lower ground floor you will find a self-contained double bedroom with its very own sauna and separate shower room along with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. Doors lead you out to the pool area and beautiful landscaped gardens. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Villa Arabella is a beautifully stylish 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa fantastically located in Coral Bay Peyia Cyprus close to restaurants, bars and beaches.  Coralia Beach is a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters and the equally amazing Coral Bay Beach is where you’ll find lots of thrilling watersports to indulge in and a stretch of golden sands to relax on. There are several eateries and watering holes in walking distance and the vibrant Coral Bay strip with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre is around a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Potima Bay and a CVR favourite the Sea You Beach Bar, the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in.  Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen.
