Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance. The bustling Coral Bay strip is literally a 5 minute walk and is overflowing with great restaurants, bars with live music and shops. Coral Bay is host to 2 of the best beaches on the island Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

This beautiful villa is situated at the peak of Peyia Village, in close proximity to Coral Bay, and provides stunning vistas of the southwest coastline and mountains. Less than a 10-minute drive will bring you to Peyia, a delightful Cypriot village filled with tavernas, bars, restaurants, and a variety of local shops and services. The well-known Coral Bay Strip is just a 15-minute drive away, featuring blue flag beaches such as Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Also on this floor is a self-contained double bedroom with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and microwave and an en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a door which leads to beautiful landscaped gardens and table and comfy chairs. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine on this floor.
