Villa Topaz Bay is in a tip-top location just 1.4km from Potima beach and the fabulous beach shack Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR team, and just a short drive to Coral Bay with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

​

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

The villa is a deluxe 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with super modern finishes and wonderful finishing touches. The open plan ground floor has a fresh, welcoming lounge area with large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals, gas BBQ, luxury sunbeds and ping pong table for your entertainment. The amazing infinity pool has a suspended decked area which you can use to sunbathe while dipping your feet in the cool water and taking in those awesome sea views. There is also a hot tub that will be filled ready for your arrival. Villa Sanctuary sits up at the top of the mountains with an incomparable view over the southwest coastline. Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all and from the pool terrace and top floor balcony down and away to the west, you can see the Sea Caves and the EDRO III shipwreck, it really is stunning!  Coral Bay, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, Potima Bay, the Sea You Beach Bar, St. George’s Harbour and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park all lie within easy reach. You can walk into the charming village of Peyia where you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and a well stocked supermarket.

Villa Sanctuary is a unique 4 bedroom villa in true CVR style. The large open plan downstairs has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons, through the first archway is a dining area for 8 guests and through the second archway is a very comfortable and spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request).
