Bang on the cutest little beach, perfect for gently immersing yourself in the crystal clear waters and gliding between the rock formations out to the deep blue yonder and safe enough for the little ones when kept by the shore and within the little bay.

Not only the best location visually, you have plenty of eateries and watering holes within walking distance and Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, and bustling strip with an array of restaurants, bars and shops is only around a 7 minute drive. Further west is St George and the beautiful nature reserve The Akamas Peninsula. Back east you will find the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets must go on your itinerary.

Villa Vista is an impressive deluxe property that could never disappoint. Set over 4 floors, the open plan ground floor area boasts a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & Nespresso coffee machine. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.

On the lower level there is an annexed room that can sleep 2 guests, with patio doors leading to the outside, plus a pool table. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and balcony with sea views, a double bedroom with en suite shower and twin bedroom with en suite shower.

If things could get any better, you can ascend one more floor and you will reach the fabulous rooftop terrace complete with soft seating area and sensational hot tub (optional extra) which has built-in Bluetooth speakers and illuminated bubbles. Villa Nikki is a beautiful and authentic villa nested at the top of Peyia with the most amazing breath-taking valley and sea views, especially from the stunning infinity pool. Just a 3 minute drive to the charming Peyia village with supermarket, shops, fresh bakery, restaurants and bars. Only an 8 minute drive to the main strip of Coral Bay with numerous bars and restaurants and Coral Bay Beach. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

One of our favourites, Villa Nikki is a high quality villa combined with modern features, furniture and fittings. The main part of the property is set over a single floor and the front door leads you into an open plan lounge area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace and flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, 2 glass patio doors bring in plenty of natural light and Cyprus sunshine. Through an attractive stone archway you will find the dining area, fully fitted kitchen and utility room complete with all the mod-cons you will need.

At this end of the villa you will find the first of the bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the pool area plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.
