Villa Vista is opulent luxury with an A-Lister postcode. 12 sleeper, 5 bathrooms, high-end designer furniture, top-notch kitchen, private infinity pool – all you need now is a view – voila!….with a score of 11 out of 10, the frontline position of this villa affords you unobstructed, unparalleled, panoramic views of the jewel that is the sapphire blue of the Med, Villa Vista practically touches the sea. Bang on the cutest little beach, perfect for gently immersing yourself in the crystal clear waters and gliding between the rock formations out to the deep blue yonder and safe enough for the little ones when kept by the shore and within the little bay.
Not only the best location visually, you have plenty of eateries and watering holes within walking distance and Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, and bustling strip with an array of restaurants, bars and shops is only around a 7 minute drive. Further west is St George and the beautiful nature reserve The Akamas Peninsula. Back east you will find the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets must go on your itinerary.
Villa Vista is an impressive deluxe property that could never disappoint. Set over 4 floors, the open plan ground floor area boasts a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with UK channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & Nespresso coffee machine. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.
On the lower level there is a double bedroom with patio doors leading to the outside, plus a pool table . On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and balcony with sea views, a double bedroom with en suite shower and twin bedroom with en suite shower.
If things could get any better, you can ascend one more floor and you will reach the fabulous rooftop terrace complete with soft seating area and sensational hot tub (optional extra) which has built-in Bluetooth speakers and illuminated bubbles. What better spot to watch a perfect sunset at the end of a perfect day, just remember to bring the fizz!
The outdoor space brings a whole new world of its own, the decked area hosts an al fresco dining area, a pool bar, luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and BBQ, all overlooking the amazing infinity pool in front of a lush green lawn and all perfectly positioned to enjoy the breath-taking view from morning ’til night, it’s picture postcard perfect. There is also a ping pong table for your entertainment.

Villa Vista more than exceeded our expectations, the whole experience from booking the Villa to arrival with Cyprus Villa Retreats was exceptional. Our stay was incredible, the Villa is situated in an amazing position and provided my family and I an amazing holiday. We booked Vista for a week, and it was truly a home away from home. The villa was clean and well-maintained. We did have an issue with the shower, but it was quickly fixed. Totally worth it.
