Ouzeri Sea Front Taverna

You’ll find the Ouzeri down on the front. And then at the quieter end of the promenade at Paphos. You’ll pass it while walking by the bay. And it offers a modern take on a traditional Cypriot taverna. So notice the whitewashed and bare rock walls. Neatly tucked in the shade of the pergola. While you sit and soak up the view, the world slowly wanders by.

Now you may be thinking of a glass of crisp white wine. But if you want to go native then ouzo hits the spot. Of course, you’ll have heard the Cypriot saying. Ouzo makes the spirit. But go easy! While the Ouzeri boasts a huge range of the local liqueurs. Perhaps you should limit yourself to one or two! So add iced water to give it that milky hue. We want you to walk home!

Whilst Indulging in Cypriot specialities enjoy this an idyllic and romantic environment beneath pergolas with a view of the Mediterranean, then take stroll along to the Paphos harbour and visit the numerous shops along the way.

Side Note

The restaurant is open: 10:00 – 22:00 (April – November only) and reservations are recommended. Inquiries can be done via their website.  The dress code is casual, and there is also a Children’s menu for the little ones.
