Villa Areti is a charming 3-bedroom villa with stunning vistas, nestled in the peaceful and quaint traditional village of Miliou. Providing a haven of seclusion and serenity, this villa ensures a memorable getaway experience.

At the very entrance of Villa Areti, you’ll encounter a piece of history—a meticulously renovated hundred-year-old handmade wooden door, setting the tone for the charm that awaits within. Step inside to discover an inviting open-plan layout, complete with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV for ultimate relaxation. Adjacent to the TV, a stylish dining table awaits, comfortably seating six guests, perfect for enjoying meals together in this delightful setting. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer sweeping vistas, enhancing the cosy ambiance complemented by locally crafted furnishings.

The kitchen is a blend of wood, marble and stone, equipped with high-end appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and microwave. For outdoor dining and relaxation, a barbecue is available on the kitchen balcony, with access to an extensive roof terrace furnished for leisurely moments.

The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the stunning domed Jacuzzi room, adorned with hand-laid blue mosaics. Offering panoramic views of the private garden and mountains through tall glass and iron windows, this luxurious space accommodates up to six people. Adjacent, a guest cloakroom with shower and gym equipment ensures maximum comfort and convenience.

Villa Areti boasts three bedrooms, each offering luxurious amenities. The first bedroom is a double, complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closets for added convenience. The second bedroom is a twin, also featuring an en-suite bathroom. The final bedroom is another double, featuring an old antique copper bed adorned with handmade embroideries, along with an en-suite bathroom, providing ample space and comfort for guests.

Outside, awaits the breathtaking pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols, featuring an arch, encircled by a sprawling terrace offering versatility day and night. Guests can bask in the shaded soft seating area, complete with a sound system, or indulge in al fresco dining at the built-in dining area, accompanied by an outdoor stone fireplace—a serene retreat for evenings cooled by a swim.
