Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive. 

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

The bustling strip of Coral Bay with a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and 2 of the best beaches on the island, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, is around a 10 minute drive to the west. Villa Arabella is a beautifully stylish 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa fantastically located close to restaurants, bars and beaches.  Corallia Beach is a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters and the equally amazing Coral Bay Beach is where you’ll find lots of thrilling watersports to indulge in and a stretch of golden sands to relax on. There are several eateries and watering holes in walking distance and the vibrant Coral Bay strip with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre is around a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Potima Bay and a CVR favourite the Sea You Beach Bar, the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees. 

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the apartment, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area. Then a further door which leads to an additional balcony with table and chairs and soft seating - both balconies have amazing sea views.  Also a luxury kitchen which has all facilities for cooking and with a large supermarket storage facility, large fridge freezer and mini bar.
