This brand new, luxurious villa is perfectly situated in the popular resort area of Protaras, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Fully equipped with new furniture and fittings, this villa guarantees a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay.

Upon entering Villa Bonita, you'll be greeted by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room features a cozy corner sofa, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi connection. The dining area seats eight, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for your stay, including a breakfast bar with additional seating for three. One bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find four spacious and modern bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a double bed, and stunning sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds, while bedroom 4 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A main bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

Outside, the expansive garden offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a dining area, a comfortable seating area, sun loungers, and a large private pool. For an extra daily charge of 60 Euros, pool heating is also available.
