Our villas are thoughtfully equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits for your safety and peace of mind. Many also feature enhanced security systems for added protection during your stay.
Is there parking available?

Are pets allowed in the properties?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is at 10am, and check-in is at 4 pm. However, feel free to confirm these times with our Reservations team.
How do I get the keys to the property?
Before your arrival, our Guest Support Team will send you a Welcome Email containing all the essential details about your stay and key collection.
What additional services do you offer?
We offer a variety of extra services, including hot tubs, heated pools, baby cots and high chairs, in-house catering, mid-stay cleans, linen changes, spa treatments, and many other options. Please contact our Guest Support Team for assistance.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, all our holiday rental properties come with fresh linens and towels for your convenience.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, all taxes are included on your booking confirmation invoice
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds depend on the specific villa's terms and conditions. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@cyprusvillaretreats.com. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable policy related to your booking.
Can I host an event or party at the property?
Yes, we have some fantastic properties that are perfect for events, pending prior approval. Please get in touch with us for more information.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, most properties have a minimum stay of 3 nights, although this may vary by property. Please check with our Reservations Team for specific details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems.
Are we able to add more guests to the villa after securing the booking?
Yes, this is possible. Please keep the villa size in mind, we can accommodate additional guests for an extra fee per night, per person.
What payment methods are accepted and what is the currency used?
We accept both credit card payments and bank transfers. Upon booking, you will receive your invoice in Sterling (GBP), along with our bank details for your convenience. Alternatively, you can request a secure payment link to pay by credit card in Euros.
Can I change my booking after it's confirmed?
We will do our utmost to accommodate any reasonable requests for changes whenever possible. Please contact our Guest Support Team.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Is the kitchen fully equipped with everything I would need to cook a meal with?
Yes, we try to make your stay as comfortable as possible so you will find all the necessary equipment to cook a nice meal, however, we do not supply food and condiments.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the properties?
Yes, all our properties offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Most properties do not charge a cleaning fee; however, some may apply one. This will be specified in the booking details, so please check with our Reservations Team for confirmation.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 90 days before your arrival.
What if i need to cancel my booking?

Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a 20% or 30% security deposit is required to secure your booking, depending on the villa's terms.
Can I smoke in the property?
Most of our properties do not allow smoking indoors, but smoking policies may vary by property. Please check the specific rules for each property.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
We have you covered. Our Guest Support Team are available 24/7 for assistance.
What should I do if I lose my keys?

Can I extend my stay?

Is there a booking fee?
We do not charge a booking fee, but third-party platforms may have their own fees.
Can I rent a car through you?
We can provide you with recommendations for our trusted car rental partners
Can I request a baby cot or high chair?
Yes, Baby Cots and High Chairs can be arranged for an extra fee. Please contact our Guest Services Team at support@cyprusvillaretreats.com to make arrangements.
What happens if we break something in the house?
Upon booking, a security deposit will be required. If a small item, like a glass, is broken, it’s up to the owner to decide whether to deduct the cost from the deposit. However, if a larger item, such as a sofa, is damaged due to misuse, you may forfeit your entire security deposit.
Are there any hidden fees that I should be aware of?
No, There’s no extra fee for payments made via bank transfer. However, a 3.5% charge applies for credit card payments, which goes directly to the payment merchant.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, Some properties offer airport transfers; however, our Guest Support Team can provide you with recommendations for reliable taxi companies.
