Villa Georgio is a brand new build (2020) 7-sleeper in the best possible location and just a short walk to two of the best sandy beaches of the island; Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. A modern but cosy villa with restaurants, bars and supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Villa Georgio is the perfect choice for a CVR villa beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beaches!  Corallia Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters on your doorstep. The equally fantastic Coral Bay Beach with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

The villa itself is a light and fresh modern 3-bed, wrapped around the pool facing the sea. Downstairs the kitchen-diner and living room envelop the pool and garden area. In the comfy lounge you will find a large flat screen TV with UK channels and a PlayStation 4 with games (available on request), the kitchen diner is fully equipped for all your needs with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. On the ground floor you’ll find 1 light and airy twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find 2 further light and airy bedrooms; 1 master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Back downstairs, one large patio door leads you out to the gorgeous pool area with private pool, luxury sun loungers, with great ocean views. There is a ping pong table, Playstation 4 and board games for your entertainment and just pop on your swimmers and flip-flops and you can toddle across the road for a swim in the beautiful Mediterranean sea.
