Ascend to the first floor, where two tastefully appointed twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with an en suite shower await, providing a tranquil space for rejuvenation. Additional comforts include a guest cloakroom, a separate family shower room, and air conditioning throughout for ultimate comfort.

The first-floor kitchen is a culinary oasis equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob & oven, and a state-of-the-art coffee machine. This villa also boasts free access to the facilities supplied by the neighbouring by louis hotel: Cleaning 6 times per week, change of linen & towels 3 times per week, turn down service 6 times per week, welcome treat in the villa (sparkling wine, beverages in the fridge, fresh fruit basket), daily replenishment of the coffee and tea facilities.
