Villa Joy, situated in the sought-after region of Sea Caves in Paphos, is a delightful, spacious 4-bedroom villa that boasts unparalleled aesthetic charm in proximity to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. This location is renowned for its immense natural beauty, featuring attractions such as the breathtaking Lara turtle nesting beach. Villa Joy is conveniently just a 5-minute drive away from the vibrant heart of the area—Coral Bay. Coral Bay is celebrated for its renowned blue flag beaches, a lively strip filled with fabulous restaurants, bars offering live entertainment and an array of shops.

Upon entering Villa Joy, you’ll discover a generously sized lounge featuring plenty of cozy seating and a flatscreen TV. Equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning, the living room and dining area ensure a comfortable retreat, allowing you to relax even on the warmest days. The dining space comfortably seats 8.

The lounge and dining space each have patio doors that open onto a balcony with a sea-facing view, overlooking the pool and garden. The balcony is furnished with seating and equipped with remote-controlled awnings for added shade. Accessible from the balcony is a gated spiral staircase leading up to the remarkable roof terrace, this elevated space is adorned with seating, a table and a parasol umbrella, ensuring a cozy retreat. The roof terrace enjoys sunlight from sunrise to sunset, providing an ideal setting for sipping a glass of wine while witnessing the beauty of the sun setting.

The kitchen comes complete with a gas hob, oven, and grill, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and various other essentials, ensuring you have everything you need. Additionally, a small table and four chairs are provided in the kitchen area.

Beyond the lounge, through an archway, are the first three bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. Among these rooms, discover a cozy double bedroom with an en-suite shower, another featuring a comfortable double bed, and a third room with two single beds. Through a protective gate you will descend to the lower level, where you will encounter a spacious lounge with floor-to-ceiling sliding patio doors that open directly onto the pool area. A gated fence separates the lounge and the pool, ensuring the safety of younger guests in their moments of lively energy.  On this floor, you’ll discover the fourth double bedroom and a separate family shower room. Additionally, there is another fully operational and well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, sink and more.
