Villa Rafyra is a stunning 5 bedroom villa, adorned with swaying palm trees, ornate stone balustrades and charming wooden pergolas, this enchanting villa is a hidden gem. Surrounded by fragrant citrus orchards, it bestows breathtaking panoramas of the glistening Mediterranean Sea. Mere minutes away lie the pristine shores of Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, while the vibrant heart of Coral Bay beckons with its plethora of restaurants, lively bars with live music, cafes and an enchanting amusement park complete with a mini-golf course at its center.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.  Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure beckons!

Nestled at the end of a long gated drive, this two-story villa exudes an ambiance of vastness and seclusion. Upon crossing the threshold, you will be immediately enchanted by the open-plan design, featuring a comfortable lounge area with plush sofas for your relaxation and a striking stone-built fireplace (for decorative purposes only). Entertainment is at your fingertips, with a flat-screen TV offering English-speaking channels ensuring you are both informed and entertained during your stay. For indulgent dining, there is a designated dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen replete with all amenities including microwave, cooker, hob, washing machine & dishwasher. This level is generously bathed in natural light, courtesy of the inviting 4 patio doors that beckon toward the outdoor area. This level also houses an exclusive indoor gym, fully equipped with an exercise bike, a treadmill, ankle weights and two medicine balls, a set of patio doors invites you to access the outdoor area. Additionally there are two twin bedrooms on this floor with patio doors leading to the rear veranda, a guest cloakroom and a separate family shower room for your convenience.

As you ascend the magnificent marble staircase to the first floor, you’ll arrive at the spacious open landing adorned with two comfortable chairs. To the left, a set of patio doors beckon you onto the western balcony. On this level, you will find the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and its own patio doors leading to the balcony. In addition, there are two more double bedrooms on this level, each with its own ensuite shower and patio doors leading to the balcony offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Outside, you’ll discover a sparkling private pool, alluring sun loungers, outdoor shower, a generous outdoor dining space beneath a delightful wooden gazebo and comfortable seating. In this secluded haven, an authentic stone BBQ is prepared to enhance your open-air dining endeavors. Additionally, a ping pong table is available for your enjoyment in the shaded carport.
