Villa Roza, a striking three bedroom villa in Paphos with stunning ocean views. Located in Kissonerga, Paphos, just 550 meters from Vardas Beach, it offers easy access to Coral Bay, home to Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach, both recognized with Blue Flag status. Nearby, Coral Bay’s vibrant strip boasts numerous restaurants, bars, and shops.

On the first floor, you’ll discover two twin bedrooms, each featuring its own en suite shower room, the shower rooms are adorned with modern tiles and granite, and equipped with soap dispensers, clear glass shower cabins, and pressure pumps for your convenience. Both twin bedrooms have spacious balconies, perfect for enjoying the views.

Moving to the outdoor space, you’ll be greeted by the stunning pool patio area adorned with sun lounges and umbrellas. Here, white marble accents the swimming pool frame, harmonizing beautifully with the azure water. Adjacent to the pool area, high-quality stone embellishes the outdoor shower, completing the tranquil ambiance. Additionally, the barbecue (gazebo) areas provide the perfect setting for dining al fresco, with inviting tables and chairs for your enjoyment.
