It’s a short drive down to the charming village of Peyia with tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. The Coral Bay Strip is a short drive away with top beaches Corallia and Coral Bay and offers an abundance of top restaurants, bars and shops. To the West lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

The breakfast bar and bar stools create a sociable setting and can accommodate a maximum of 26 guests, who can be comfortably seated at both the table and the bar stools, while al fresco dining lets you savour delectable meals amidst the sounds of nature and cascading waterfall.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a full-size integrated fridge, full-size integrated freezer, two dishwashers, wine fridge, washing machine, oven/microwave combi and an induction hob with a built-in extractor laid into a waterfall-edge island. Villa Taronga is a 5 bedroom villa just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Coral Bay Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters just 500m away, with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

​

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

​

Villa Taronga offers another level of exclusivity with luxurious details in an ultra modern setting, with stunning sea views over Coral Bay. All patio doors are pocket doors so they slide into the wall giving a full opening.

On entering the villa to the left is a highly modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and double fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and granite worktops. There is a beautiful open plan lounge with seating area and huge TV and dining area with modern table and chairs. Here there are patio doors which lead to the main balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, luxurious en suite with shower cubicle and bath with shower. From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and football table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.

Private pool (heating optional extra) with space to enjoy sunbathing. There is an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience.

This property also has a disabled access as there is a ramp from the access point to the entrance of the villa.

Villa Melanie – perfectly located, perfectly tranquil! An attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and distant sea views, perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. The beautiful sandy blue flag Coral Bay Beach is also within walking distance.   The villa is accessed from the road. It has a long driveway which benefits from off road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Melanie has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room.  There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. One double with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room.

The beautiful pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off and to also enjoy the pool table, ping pong table, dart board and giant outdoor chess set! There is also a swing and slide for the little ones and for the ultimate in luxury, a brand new jacuzzi/spa (optional extra) – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests!
