Villa Anmaris is an amazing 4-bedroom villa adorned with palm trees, stone balustrades and wooden pergolas located in Coral Bay, this secluded haven is surrounded by lush banana plantations, offering breathtaking vistas of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea in its vibrant turquoise splendor. Located just a short drive away from the blue flag beaches of Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as the vibrant strip of Coral Bay, which boasts numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a delightful amusement park with mini golf right at its center.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. The Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits!

Inside, the villa features tasteful décor and cosy furnishings, including a comfortable open plan lounge area with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV offering English-speaking channels, the dining area features a table accommodating up to eight guests with patio doors leading to the outside pool area. The fabulous fitted kitchen provides all the equipment you will need, including microwave, cooker, hob, iron, washing machine & dishwasher.

The first of the bedrooms is a double and can be found on the ground floor, there is also a separate family shower room on this level. Ascending to the upper level you will encounter a gracious double bedroom accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom, a charming twin bedroom with a private en-suite shower and patio doors that open to a balcony, affording picturesque views of the majestic mountains. Additionally, another twin bedroom awaits, graced by its en-suite shower and featuring patio doors that beckon you to admire the alluring pool area below.

Returning to the ground level, a graceful transition through a set of patio doors leads you into the captivating poolside patio area, here you’ll be greeted by a glistening private pool, inviting sun beds, a spacious outdoor dining area and an expansive corner sofa ensemble nestled beneath the charming wooden gazebo. Within this secluded oasis, an authentic stone BBQ stands ready to elevate your alfresco dining experience. An engaging ping pong table is also at your disposal for leisurely amusement.  Moreover, a hammock graces this tranquil enclave, offering the perfect vantage point for savouring the sunset as it bathes the surroundings in its golden radiance, filtered through the swaying palm trees.
