Experience luxury in this brand new 5-bedroom, 3-storey villa located in the prime, central Ayia Napa area, just a short walk from Nissi Avenue and its beautiful beaches and amenities. Villa Jade is newly constructed and furnished with contemporary, stylish fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and ultra-modern open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large patio doors open to the garden and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The living room features a plush corner sofa, a widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi connection. The dining area accommodates 10 people, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and utensils necessary for an enjoyable self-catering stay. On the ground floor, you will find one of the five bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The second floor hosts three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. A main family bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
The lower ground floor, accessible from the living room, includes the remaining bedroom with two single beds and access to the veranda. This floor also houses another bathroom with a shower, along with a communal area featuring a full-sized football table and table tennis for added entertainment.
Outside, the expansive and beautifully landscaped garden offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a large dining area with seating for 10 people, additional comfortable seating, sun loungers, and a large private pool—perfect for leisurely days in the Cyprus sun. Pool heating is available for an extra daily charge.
The villa is equipped with full air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

Had a great time at Jade. The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Only downside was that it was a bit far from restaurants and shops. Everything was amazing!
Our experience at Jade was very mixed. The place was stunning, but the AC didn't work well at night. Still, the villa was very beautiful, and the sunsets were amazing.

The villa Jade was just perfect for our family holiday. Our kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the privacy and peaceful surroundings. However, we did wish there were more kitchen supplies. Everything was amazing!
