Villa Kikos is an impressive 4 bedroom property situated in the prestigious area of Sea Caves just a few minutes walk to a fantastic beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, which overlooks the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck. There are also other eateries within walking distance. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are just a 5 minute drive with the main strip of Coral Bay, full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live entertainment & shops just 1 minute further on.
To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.
The open plan living and dining area is very modern with high ceilings and lots of windows and patio doors to let the light shine in and there is a stylish bar with bar stools off the lounge. leading down a flight of stairs you will find a small gym with shower room. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with its own en suite shower room along with a guest cloakroom. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with a single bed and shower en suite. On the second floor are two further double bedrooms with shower en suites both with patio doors to the balcony.
The beautiful large pool area with luxury sunbeds and parasols is the perfect place to relax and cool off. There are dining facilities for al fresco meals cooked on the traditional brick-built bbq, an outside bar and a soft seating area for your comfort along with a ping pong table for your entertainment – all surrounded by olive and banana trees and stunning landscaped grounds. The property is gated making it extra safe for children.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kikos. The villa was just as described, though there were a few minor things that could've been better, like the pool being a bit cold. Otherwise, fantastic!

The villa Kikos was just perfect for our family holiday. Our kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the privacy and peaceful surroundings. However, we did wish there were more kitchen supplies. Overral, a great stay!
Loved every moment at Kikos. It was clean, the staff were super friendly, and the area was stunning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Everything was amazing!
