Welcome to Villa Opal. This stunning brand-new 5-bedroom villa is ideally situated just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. A mere 5-minute stroll will take you to the nearest beach, along with a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. Newly built and fully equipped with contemporary furniture and fittings, this villa ensures a perfect and comfortable self-catering stay.
Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for your self-catering stay, including a breakfast bar. Bi-fold patio doors surround the ground floor, leading out to the expansive, landscaped private garden and pool/BBQ area. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The master double bedroom suite features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A main bathroom with a shower serves the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and bedside cabinets.
The lower ground floor, accessible from the main living area, houses two additional bedrooms, both with double beds and patio doors that lead to a staircase up to the pool and garden area. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower, along with a separate utility area with a sink.
The spacious garden is an outdoor haven, featuring a barbecue area with a built-in sink and worktop for alfresco cooking, a covered area with comfortable outdoor sofas, sun loungers, and a large private pool with steps.

I stayed at Orlenda with my partner, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The villa was well equipped, although we did have a small issue with the WiFi, but nothing major. Would deffinitely go back.
Had a great time at Orlenda. The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Only downside was that it was a bit far from restaurants and shops. Would deffinitely go back.
We had a good stay at Orlenda, but there were some small hiccups, like the cleaning service being late. But the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and worth the money.
