Villa Soleil, perched on an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras, offers breath-taking sea views and an idyllic setting for a memorable holiday. Furnished to a high standard, both the interior and the expansive private garden with a pool area provide an unparalleled luxurious experience.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living room, dining, and kitchen area, adorned with contemporary and stylish decor. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a widescreen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances needed for a seamless self-catering stay. Patio doors surround this space, leading to a large covered patio area at the front. One of the five bedrooms is located on this floor, featuring a double bed, along with a separate shower room.

Upstairs, you'll find three more beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a double bed and patio doors that open onto a large balcony with a seating area and stunning sea views. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds. A family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower is also located on this floor.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden and swimming pool provide the perfect sanctuary for sunbathing and relaxation. The outdoor seating area overlooking the pool is ideal for evening dining and barbecues, ensuring you can enjoy long, lazy summer days without leaving the villa.

A winding staircase leads to an 'attic room' that offers three single beds and a cosy seating area.
