Villa Topaz Bay is in a tip-top location just 1.4km from Potima beach and the fabulous beach shack Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR team, and just a short drive to Coral Bay with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.
In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.
Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.
On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.
On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.
The pool area has space to enjoy sunbathing. There is a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience.

A wonderful villa located in a very convenient location with supermarkets and local shops/restaurants within walking distance. The pre arrival comms was great and very detailed and we found the villa exactly as described. All basic amenities and much more was provided. A lovely outdoor space with pool, a fully equipped kitchen, great entertainment with board games and a TV with movies on demand as well as spacious bedrooms overlooking the ocean made for a lovely relaxing holiday. The support from the Cypress Villa Retreat team was only an email away and an induction with one of their team allowed us to ask any questions we had on the first day. Thank you CVR. This was nothing short of a 5 star villa and service. Definitely would love to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Very best wishes.
