Welcome to Villa Tropical. This brand new, luxurious villa is ideally situated in the popular resort area of Protaras, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the villa is fully equipped with modern furniture and fittings for the perfect self-catering stay.
Upon entering Villa Tropical, you'll be welcomed by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, illuminated by large patio doors that open to the garden and pool area. The living room features a plush corner sofa, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi connection. The dining area comfortably seats eight, and the sleek kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, along with a breakfast bar that offers additional seating for three. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll discover four spacious and modern bedrooms, each equipped with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and stunning sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds, while bedroom 4 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A main bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.
The expansive garden is a haven for relaxation, featuring a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a dining area, a comfortable seating area, sun loungers, and a large private pool. Pool heating is available for an additional daily charge.

I stayed at Tropical with my partner, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The villa was well equipped, although we did have a small issue with the WiFi, but nothing major.
