Villa Zonia, a charming 4-bedroom villa with stunning sea views, is nestled within a beautiful holiday complex close to the rugged Mediterranean coastline. Centrally located between Coral Bay, Paphos Old Town, and Paphos Harbour, the villa offers convenient access to local attractions. The bustling strip of Coral Bay, featuring a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, and two of the island’s best beaches—Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach—is about a 10-minute drive to the west. Similarly, the picturesque harbour in Kato Paphos, known for its excellent selection of fish restaurants and a scenic promenade lined with souvenir shops and eateries, is also just a 10-minute drive to the east, making it the perfect central location.

The villa spans over three floors and features an elegant open-plan layout, with air conditioning throughout for your comfort. To begin with, the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV showing English Speaking TV Channels, and a stylish dining area that seats six. Additionally, there is a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Moving upstairs to the first floor, you’ll find the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony offering sea views. Furthermore, there are also two twin bedrooms, one with its own balcony, and a separate family shower room on this floor for added convenience. 

Venturing down to the lower ground floor, you’ll discover a comfortable twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom.

Outside, a large porch on the ground floor is easily accessible from the lounge, dining room, and kitchen. This area, shaded by vibrant bougainvillea, is perfect for alfresco dining with BBQ facilities and offers wonderful sea views. It opens up to a private pool area, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. Moreover, you can relax under parasols and enjoy the comfort of sun loungers as you take a refreshing dip in the pool. 

Finally, the rugged Paphos coastline and the clear Mediterranean Sea are just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the azure waters and breath-taking scenery!

Villa Cleopatra is a stunning 5 bedroom villa sitting only 20 metres from the ocean offering stunning sea views, sunsets and heaps of tranquillity.

Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all; past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. To the West lies St. George with its quaint fishing harbour & small beach and the wonderful & wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park.

Cleopatra has recently enjoyed a fabulous CVR makeover and offers a comfortable lounge, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request). A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar & bar stools and there is a dining area too. There is a utility room on the lower level with washing machine. There are 3 double bedrooms on the lower ground floor with a separate toilet and family bathroom. In one of the large double bedrooms you also find a bunkbed for the children. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with amazing sea views, and a further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Villa Apollo Beach is a charming 4 bedroom villa with great sea views nestled within a beautiful holiday complex close to the rugged coastline of the Mediterranean sea centered between Coral BayPaphos Old Town & Paphos Harbour. The bustling strip of Coral Bay with a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and 2 of the best beaches on the island, Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, is around a 10 minute drive to the west. The picturesque harbour in Kato Paphos offering a great selection of fish restaurants and a walk along the front which will tempt you into many souvenir shops and eateries is also just a 10 minute drive to the east, so it’s the perfect central location!

The villa is set over three floors, with an open plan layout and has a fully equipped kitchen with small table and chairs, a cosy living room with comfy seating, a large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and an open plan dining room, there is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms along with a family bathroom and a family shower room. The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor. This room also has the extra advantage of being super cool in the summer due to the high placement of the window. There is also a separate family bathroom along with a utility room which houses the washing machine. On this floor there is also a sauna room which is accessible via the garden down some stone steps and this private space contains its own bathroom with shower making it perfect for members of the party who require a little ‘me’ time.

The raised terrace with al fresco dining facilities including BBQ enjoys wonderful sea views and leads to a private pool with parasols and sun loungers. From the garden area there is a private gate giving you a great shortcut to the glistening Mediterranean sea where you can enjoy a walk along the rugged coastline and take a dip in the crystal clear waters. And if you’re feeling energetic, there is an outside gym where you can work out whilst drinking in those stunning sea views.
