Back up the stairs and up a couple more steps is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can also access the garden from here. Down a large hallway, with a stunning wall of exposed rock, you will reach the first of the bedrooms, a double with snug seating area, en suite bath room and patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is next door which is a twin also with snug seating area, en suite shower room and patio doors leading the terrace with sea views.

Back through the kitchen you step outside to an amazing tiered garden area. There is an outside bar and stone seating area with a dramatic backdrop of natural rock. You can cook up a storm on the brick-built Cypriot BBQ or clay oven and dine al fresco on one of the several dining tables. On this level, there is a small self-contained apartment complete with kitchenette, seating area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will find a second duplicate self-contained apartment next door down a couple of stone steps.

Back outside there is a stunning infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and showcases the incredible sea views. Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room.  Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the annex, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

​

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

​

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area. Then a further door which leads to an additional balcony with table and chairs and soft seating - both balconies have amazing sea views.  Also a luxury kitchen which has all facilities for cooking and with a large supermarket storage facility, large fridge freezer and mini bar. On this floor there is a double bedroom with a large shower en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs with spectacular mountain views.

The second floor has four double bedrooms, one along with bunk beds with an inland view, one with a couch and balcony and a beautiful sea view. Two separate large bathrooms, one with a luxury shower, jacuzzi with hydromassage for 2 people, two sinks and washing machine.

The upper floor is the roof terrace where there is a hot tub and also a bathroom with shower and a big store room. Here are panoramic views of the wonderful magical sea and mountain views. 

​

There is a separate dwelling on the pool level providing an open plan dining room with table and chairs, living room with WiFi, tv and comfy seating and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. Here there are 3 extra rooms that can accommodate guests, There are also 2 bathrooms in this space.  From the lounge area is access to the swimming pool, also a small pool for children, and a beautiful landscaped garden with beautiful stone decoration and pavilion with marble table and chairs. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and also further tables and chairs for dining. You can also walk down the pathway through the garden which takes you directly to the beach.

Villa Lara is an ultra-luxury villa directly on the seafront with a small bay/beach right on your doorstep. Vardas beach is home to a charming little bay with a slow gentle shelf into the crystal blue waters and rocky outcrops. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.
