Modernisation	All of our villas come with our sought after facilities and amenities that gives that extra touch (to our villas). However not all villas have new bathrooms, kitchens or have been recently renovated. As such we have given the villa a rating of it’s overall modernisation to help you understand how ‘modern’ it is. Please read the villa description and take a look at the images to get a better understanding of the villa. If in doubt, please call the Reservation Team to get an even clearer overview.
Views	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Privacy	You need a total break from everything and everyone? This rating is to indicate how secluded the Holiday Villa is, that the pool area is not overlooked and the level of privacy the villa offers.
Tranquillity	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Distance to amenities	This indicates the ability to walk within 5-10 minutes from the Holiday Villa to local amenities like a fresh bakery, supermarket, restaurant and / or bar.
Entertainment	In addition to the ping pong table, computer games, bluetooth stereo and big flatscreens that many villas offer, this indicates the availability (there where space allows it) of a children play ground (with swing, slide and trampoline), a snooker table, darts, airhockey and a foosball table. Villa Elektra is a stunning 3-bedroom retreat located directly on the seafront in Kissonerga, offering absolutely breathtaking views. Situated in a prime location just 600 meters from Vardas Beach and a short drive to Coral Bay, known for its Blue Flag beaches—Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. Additionally, the famed Coral Bay strip boasts an impressive array of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and cafes.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its quaint harbour and bustling seafront adorned with restaurants and shops.

Upon arrival at this Kissonerga villa, guests are welcomed into an open-plan lounge featuring comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy dining area, a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen area, complete with all modern conveniences to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay. Large windows provide views of the terrace, pool and the sea. On this level, there are two twin bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom for added convenience.
