Villa Isla is a fantastic 14-sleeper which lies in the very heart of Coral Bay, walking distance from the beautiful sandy Coral Bay Beach and the Coral Bay strip with its fine restaurants, bars with live music and shops, there is also a small amusement park with great mini-golf course.
To the West lies St. George and the beautifully stunning Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.
Villa Isla’s bespoke décor exudes Scandinavian Beach Chic, the open plan downstairs boasts a spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with UK channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) and games, a dining area to seat 10 guests and a modern and well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast bar with granite worktops and bar stools. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with their own en suite bathroom. On the vast landing there is a pool table for your entertainment and patio doors leading out to the balcony.
The outside area has a private pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas, optional hot tub, covered dining area, BBQ, ping pong table and a specially designed play area for the little ones, including swing, slide & seesaw.
The location is key for this villa, less than 300 metres to the steps that take you straight down to the golden sands of the blue flag Coral Bay Beach and just a few minutes walk to the main strip of Coral Bay where you will find an abundance of restaurants offering all types of cuisine from traditional Cypriot, Chinese & Italian, to Thai, Japanese & French, many bars with live entertainment and souvenir shops.

Lovely large Villa. Bedrooms large and spacious. There were 11 of us and we could all shower at the same time with hot water. Lovely size pool and plenty of sun loungers. Pool table upstairs was difficult to play in evening due to children upstairs in bed but otherwise would be great for adults, lovely balcony to sit and catch the last of the rays. Car recommended
Our experience at Isla was very mixed. The place was stunning, but the AC didn't work well at night. Still, the villa was very beautiful, and the sunsets were amazing.
Amazing Villa and in a grey location! Was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We had 4 families under one roof and there was plenty of space to accommodate us. Cyprus Villa Retreats were very helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. 5 star, thank you very much!
Villa Isla is a great place to stay, all the rooms are spacious, the pool a good size and the kitchen/BBQ excellent. I do think having a hire car makes shopping easier but you could manage without! As we were a big group and shopping daily, including buying gallons of bottled water, it simplified our holiday! AC throughout work well and the ceiling fans were very effective, personally I would put in a fan above the terrace too.
