Villa Lara is an ultra-luxury villa directly on the seafront with a small bay/beach right on your doorstep. With nothing but the Mediterranean sea and azure blue skies in front of you, the location doesn’t get any better. Vardas beach is home to a charming little bay with a slow gentle shelf into the crystal blue waters and rocky outcrops. If you can tear yourself away from that beautiful setting, there are several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the lively Coral Bay strip with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and 2 bigger beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach is just a 7 minute drive.
In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.
Villa Lara is set over 4 floors with an open plan ground floor consisting of a comfortable lounge area with designer furniture and large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer. On this floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double, and family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is a twin bedroom, a utility room, a pool table, & ping pong table, being on the lower level with smaller windows, the rooms are extra cool during the hot summer months. There is also an annexed room on this level which can accommodate 2 guests.. On the first floor is the master bedroom with huge glass wall to take in that awesome vista and ensuite bathroom, there are a further 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with balconies and sea views.
The pièce de résistance from the inside is the top floor roof terrace with soft seating area and superb hot tub (optional extra) with built-in Bluetooth stereo, the perfect platform for enjoying the panoramic sea views and watching the stunning sunset sipping a glass of bubbles whilst sitting in the illuminated bubbles!
The decked outside area is impeccably furnished for your window on the world. With a fantastic infinity pool (heating, optional extra), covered al fresco dining area, BBQ area, luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a very rare for Cyprus grassed lawn, you can pick your spot to drink in the beautiful seascape before you and relax under endless cerulean skies and tropical Cypriot sun.

Villa Lara in Paphos is your place to stay if you are looking for a luxurious, private, peaceful, breathtaking view place to stay. The close proximity to the beach is a huge plus. The sunset is a view not to miss each day. We made sure we are back each day to the villa so not to miss the sunset. It is vert suitable for a group of friends or family...…feels so much like home. I highly recommend and will definitely come again.
Amazing vacation. Excellent location, a few meters from the crystal-clear sea, a beautiful modern villa, with all the comforts, the rooms with view balcony, a pool, Netflix and Wi-Fi. The team helped in any way. Hopefully we will see you next year!
Stayed Villa Lara in Coral Bay from 10/6-25/6. Accommodated 10 people comfortably and was high quality accommodation, gaining admiring glances from passers by. People did stay in adjoining villa but this did not impact our enjoyment and despite other comments we saw pre-holiday, there was little unwelcome pedestrian traffic by the property. Very well appointed; much nearer the sea than we expected for lovely sunsets and an easy walk to classy hotel restaurant for meals, or to bus stop for €2 trip into Coral Bay strip. For those that want to get out of the sun for cheap beer and game of snooker, highly recommend Crazy Spoon snooker club just down road, owned by ex-pro and World 1/4 finalist Stefan. Cyprus Retreats as a company were faultless - we have been doing high end villa holidays for 12 years now and by far the best company we have used; first class holiday support both before, during and after and although security deposit was on the high side it was returned promptly after our stay - highly recommend villa and booking company
This is an amazing place to stay. The customer service was outstanding, with a very high standard of cleanliness and amazing quality. The hot tub had been reported by the previous guest when leaving to have a fault. Before I landed, I was emailed and the technician arrived promptly to repair. From booking with Marriane, the recommendation for a wedding organiser, taxi and the ground staff, I cannot fault anyone or anything. Just PERFECT. Thank you so much
