Modernisation	All of our villas come with our sought after facilities and amenities that gives that extra touch (to our villas). However not all villas have new bathrooms, kitchens or have been recently renovated. As such we have given the villa a rating of it’s overall modernisation to help you understand how ‘modern’ it is. Please read the villa description and take a look at the images to get a better understanding of the villa. If in doubt, please call the Reservation Team to get an even clearer overview.
Views	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Privacy	You need a total break from everything and everyone? This rating is to indicate how secluded the Holiday Villa is, that the pool area is not overlooked and the level of privacy the villa offers.
Tranquillity	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Distance to amenities	This indicates the ability to walk within 5-10 minutes from the Holiday Villa to local amenities like a fresh bakery, supermarket, restaurant and / or bar.
Entertainment	In addition to the ping pong table, computer games, bluetooth stereo and big flatscreens that many villas offer, this indicates the availability (there where space allows it) of a children play ground (with swing, slide and trampoline), a snooker table, darts, airhockey and a foosball table. (check with our team if you are specifically looking for a villa with a children’s playground and / or a snooker table).

Villa Leah is in a tip-top location just 550m from Vardas beach, and a short drive to Coral Bay renowned for its blue flag beaches; Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. Additionally, the famed Coral Bay strip offers an impressive array of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, as well as shops and cafes.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Upon entering Villa Leah, guests will step into an inviting lounge area adorned with plush sofas, a flatscreen TV, and a cosy dining area, setting the stage for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen, cleverly separated by elegant bars, seamlessly integrates into this space. Here, you’ll discover all the essentials necessary for whipping up delicious meals. From a kettle and toaster for your morning brew and toast to a dishwasher and washing machine for effortless cleanup, every convenience is provided to enhance your stay. On this floor, you will find two double bedrooms along with a separate family shower room for your convenience.

Ascending to the first floor, you’ll discover two delightful twin bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room. Additionally, both bedrooms feature a generous balcony offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Outside, the sparkling pool beckons, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols, inviting you to relax and unwind under the warm Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining under the gazebo with the barbecue, creating unforgettable moments of culinary delight in the open air.
