Villa Serenity is located in the most idyllic spot, with stunning views of the valley, mountains and sea, it certainly lives up to its name being peaceful, private and tranquil. From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is accessed via a tiled staircase and a wraparound balcony. The open plan layout offers a cosy and comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, dining area and kitchen. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading you out to the huge balcony that encompasses the villa and affords you multiple dimension views of the mountains, valley, coastline and pool area.

Through an archway you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the wraparound balcony, 2 twin rooms both with patio doors accessing the large balcony and a family bathroom.

The lower outside level which you can access via 2 staircases, provides plenty of covered parking and the pool area is positioned perfectly to enjoy all those wonderful views with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the wonderful Cyprus sun.

There is an outside dining area and traditional Cypriot bbq for those al fresco meals and a ping pong table and dartboard for your entertainment.

The third bedroom is comfortably furnished with two beds, is conveniently situated adjacent to the guest bathroom, equipped with a shower/bathtub.

Villa Majestic is a grand 16-18 sleeper villa situated in the distinguished area of St George with stunning views of the world famous Akamas Peninsula.  This gated villa set in 2000 sq m of glorious gardens with your very own orange, lemon and olive trees, is perfect for several families and large groups.

From secluded privacy, you are still less than a 10 minute drive to the busting strip of Coral Bay where you will find plenty of restaurants, great bars with live entertainment, shops and even a small amusement park with mini-golf course, plus 2 of the best beach on the island Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach. The charming fishing harbour of St George with its lovely sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive and the stunning Cap St George Beach Club Resort is just a 4 minute drive. Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops are just a 30 minute drive.

The spacious lounge has a huge comfortable seating area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and wide glass patio doors framing the beautiful oasis beyond. Double doors take you through to the dining area and fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, breakfast bar and all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, a second kitchen leads off the first for additional workspace and facilities. There is a double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and guest cloakroom also on the ground floor.

The first floor is home to a further 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins all with en suite bathrooms, including the master bedroom which leads you out to a large balcony with comfy seating areas and a view of the garden and pool area, a great place to watch a perfect sunset. There is also a fully equipped laundry room on this floor that has a double sofa bed for extra guests.  On the lower ground floor there is a further 2 double bedrooms.

Experience luxury in this brand new 5-bedroom, 3-storey villa located in the prime, central Ayia Napa area, just a short walk from Nissi Avenue and its beautiful beaches and amenities. Villa Jade is newly constructed and furnished with contemporary, stylish fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and ultra-modern open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large patio doors open to the garden and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The living room features a plush corner sofa, a widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi connection. The dining area accommodates 10 people, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and utensils necessary for an enjoyable self-catering stay.
