Villa Iris is an enchanting 3-bedroom villa ideally located within a 5-minute drive from Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach, two of the region’s finest. Venture further along to explore the vibrant Coral Bay strip, home to a plethora of restaurants, live music bars, cafes, and shops. To the east lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its picturesque harbour and bustling seafront teeming with eateries and shops. Meanwhile, to the west awaits St. George, characterised by its charming fishing harbour, serene beach, and the captivating Akamas Peninsula and National Park, promising an unforgettable adventure amidst pristine wilderness

As you step into the villa you will find an expansive open-plan layout comprising a cozy living space, a dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living area boasts a lofty wooden ceiling and a welcoming fireplace, adorned with modern furnishings including a corner sofa, satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen, fashioned from cherry wood and adorned with granite countertops, comes fully equipped with essential appliances such as an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher (with the washing machine discreetly housed in the en-suite bathroom). A sizable dark wood dining table, surrounded by high-backed chairs, comfortably seats six guests.

The master bedroom, featuring a luxurious double bed, offers the convenience of an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace through patio doors. The two additional bedrooms are appointed with twin beds, one boasting its own en-suite shower room, while the other enjoys access to the separate family shower room, ensuring ample comfort for all guests.

For climate control, each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, ensuring both cooling and heating functionalities. Upon request, provisions such as a baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided for added convenience.

Outdoors, a private 8-meter by 4-meter pool awaits, featuring convenient walk-in steps and a ladder for easy access, surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace furnished with comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a convenient poolside shower. An outdoor barbecue facility is also at guests’ disposal, perfect for alfresco dining during the balmy summer evenings.
