Villa Malibu is a massive 20-sleeper holiday villa at the doorway to the Akamas Peninsula, ideal for large groups or 3-4 families. One of our top ranking holiday villas in Cyprus for good reason, smack bang in an area of striking natural beauty, this holiday home has real star attraction.

The stunning Sea Caves are just a short drive with a fantastic beach bar overlooking the sea, The Coral Bay Strip is around a 10 minute drive away with top beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has an abundance of top restaurants, bars and shops. It is a stone’s throw from the Akamas Peninsula and National Park and to the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Fitted to our signature Scandinavian Beach Chic style, Villa Malibu hits a homerun for families, groups and even wedding parties.  The gated driveway leads you up to an impressive double doorway and into a large bright foyer that hosts a fabulous pool table. The spacious ground floor has several comfortable seating areas, the main lounge has a large flat screen TV with UK channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus games, the kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, there are several dining areas to accommodate large groups. You will find 3 double bedrooms on this floor, 1 with en suite bathroom and a bunk bed plus a guest cloakroom. On the first floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and an extra single bed, there is another twin bedroom with bunk beds and a family bathroom.

Outside there is a big private pool (heating, optional extra), sun loungers, sun umbrellas, seating groups, al fresco dining area, bbq, optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests!
