Villa Rosewood is a splendid 3-bedroom retreat situated just a brief 5-minute drive away from two of the region’s most coveted beaches: Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. Venture a bit further and you’ll find yourself at the bustling Coral Bay strip, renowned for its diverse array of restaurants, bars with live music, cosy cafes and charming shops.

To the east of Villa Rosewood lies the historic Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos, home to a picturesque harbour and a bustling seafront with a variety of eateries and shops. On the villa’s western side awaits St. George, boasting a quaint fishing harbour and a secluded beach, as well as the captivating Akamas Peninsula and National Park, offering unparalleled natural beauty and exploration opportunities.

Enveloped within the charm of bungalow-style architecture, Villa Rosewood exudes an aura of timeless elegance across its single level. Within, an expansive open-plan expanse unfolds, seamlessly integrating a living area, dining space and kitchen. The living area is crowned by a lofty wooden ceiling and graced by a comforting fireplace, a plush corner sofa, satellite television and a DVD player.

The kitchen, a masterpiece of craftsmanship fashioned from cherry wood and embellished with opulent granite countertops. It stands replete with modern conveniences including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en suite bathroom).  The dining area boasts a stately dark wood table, flanked by high-backed chairs, extends a warm invitation to gather, comfortably seating six in refined luxury.

The master double bedroom, a haven of tranquility, features an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead out to the serene pool terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces. Meanwhile, the two additional twin-bedded rooms provide havens of rest, one graced with its own en-suite shower room, and the other affording access to the separate family shower room, thus ensuring every comfort is met.

Within Villa Rosewood, luxury knows no limits, as each bedroom and the living space are graced with air conditioning units, effortlessly delivering refreshing coolness or snug warmth. For those traveling with little ones, a baby cot, highchair and hairdryers stand ready to be provided upon request, ensuring every need is met with attentive care.

Step outside to discover a secluded sanctuary in the shape of an 8-meter by 4-meter pool, its pristine waters calling out with the allure of refreshment, featuring walk-in steps and ladder access, it serves as a tranquil focal point amidst a sun-drenched terrace, complete with sun loungers, shaded parasols and a handy poolside shower. As twilight falls, a barbecue area stands ready, encouraging cherished evenings of alfresco dining under the azure sky, crafting memories that endure far beyond the fading warmth of summer.
